Jamie founded Northmark Search to build a modern executive search business focused on industrial, manufacturing and operational leadership markets.

With more than 15 years of recruitment and leadership experience, Jamie has successfully delivered senior-level searches across manufacturing, engineering, operations, maintenance, supply chain and commercial functions. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with business owners, directors and leadership teams to secure talent capable of driving performance, growth and operational excellence.

Having built and led high-performing recruitment businesses, Jamie recognised the opportunity to combine AI-driven market intelligence with traditional search expertise to create a faster, more effective model for identifying and engaging exceptional talent.

Today, he leads Northmark's strategy, client relationships and market expansion across the United States industrial sector.
